Welcome to the Pocket Bag® website ('Site'). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use & purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to and be bounded by these terms (the 'Agreement').
GENERAL
We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time without prior notice.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Most Pocket Bag® products displayed at the Site are available while stocks last. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are valid and effective only in Singapore. The products of Pocket Bag® are non-exchangeable. All offers, quantity, delivery and quality of products will be subjected to the final confirmation and approval of Pocket Bag®
Pocket Bag® reserves the right to reject all orders due to printing complication and requirements. Due to unforeseen complications, the positioning of images on Pocket Bag products may differ from original requirements. Photos will not be cropped out for printing and are only applicable to the heat transfer process.
Special requests must be highlighted in the order form. Otherwise, details given in the order form will be considered final.
Refunds are made based solely on the cost of Pocket Bag® products and exclude the commission charged by PayPal. Clients will be fully responsible for all Paypal commissions and charges for rejected, cancelled and refunded orders. All remittance will be carried out at Paypal’s sole discretion.
Any feedback or complaint regarding the products must be submitted within seven days of the online order, or products will be considered sold.
Bag Care
Do not iron, machine wash or bleach the bag.
T-Shirt Care
Do not machine wash. Turn the T-shirt inside out for washing, ironing and hand wash.
COLOURS
While we have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear at the Site, the inkjet printing qualities may differ from the original images presented at the Site. Thus, it is important that high resolution images are sent for printing.
DELIVERY
Compensation to buyers, if any, will only be limited to the cost of purchases and excludes the delivery cost. Delivery cost will be borne by the buyer.
All delivery is sent by normal local post. Any special requests such as registered mail will be subjected to additional cost.
USER RESTRICTIONS
You understand and accept that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, audio, video, message or other material appearing on this Site (collectively, 'Content') are owned by Pocket Bag® or its licensors. You are expressly prohibited from using any Content without the express written consent of Pocket Bag® or its licensors. Except as otherwise stated herein, none of the material may be reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or copied in any form or by any means, without the prior written permission of Pocket Bag®, and/or the appropriate licensor. Permission is hereby granted to display, copy, distribute, and download the materials on this Site solely for personal, non-commercial use provided that you make no modifications to the materials and that all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials are retained. You may not, without Pocket Bag’s express written permission, 'mirror' any material contained on this Site or any other server. Any permission granted herein terminates automatically without further notice if you breach any of the above terms. Upon such termination, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded and/or printed materials. Any unauthorised use of any material contained on this Site may violate domestic and/or international copyright laws, the laws of privacy & publicity, and communications regulations & statutes.

‘Pocket Bag®’ is a registered trademark, service mark, and/or trade name. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names contained in the Site are the properties of the respective owners. Pocket Bag® disclaims any proprietary interest in trademarks, service marks and trade names other than its own. No use of these marks may be made without the prior written authorization of Pocket Bag®, except as necessary to accurately identify the products or services of Pocket Bag®.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Pocket Bag® on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, 'Comments') shall be and remain Pocket Bag‘s property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to Pocket Bag® of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments.
